Possible selves are the part of self that describe a person’s future self. The developed cognitive abilities and hypothetical thinking in adolescence allow them to conceptualize speculate about who they what hope be future. consist two selves, expected (hoped-for possible ) feared (feared selves). can provide an overview adolescent identity motivates their behavior at present. relationship between self-regulation had motivated many researchers research adolescents. majority on adolescents was conducted Western countries, although social cultural contexts also play role forming selves. This study aims obtain middle high school aged 13-15 years. has used survei method using open-ended question questionnaire get data regarding description from participants. A total 66 participants were asked write down possible- selves; both hoped-for . results showed most related work/occupation relationships/interpersonal functions. found female have more interpersonal relations/functions category than men. On other side, male occupational categories females. Kemampuan kognitif dan berpikir hipotetis berkembang pada usia remaja memampukan untuk mengkoseptualisasi berspekulasi mampu secara memikirkan siapa mereka harapan akan terdiri dua aspek self, yaitu diharapkan depan (hoped- for ditakutkan ). Gambaran dapat identitas hal-hal apa saja memotivasi perilaku saat ini. Hal tersebut banyak peneliti melakukan penelitian remaja. Mayoritas dilakukan negara Barat walaupun konteks sosial budaya turut memiliki peran dalam pembentukan Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan SMP tahun. Metode dengan menggunakan kuesioner pertanyaan terbuka digunakan mengenai partisipan penelitian. Sejumlah diminta menuliskan baik hoped- Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas laki-laki perempuan bekaitan pekerjaan relasi/fungsi interpersonal. Namun demikian, kategori lebih ditemukan daripada laki-laki. Tidak satupun hal kesehatan fisik, penampilan seksualitas. Kata Kunci: Remaja; Konsep
